These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with People with Disabilities receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

Waukesha, WI The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Waukesha County (ADRC) is a single access point for publicly funded long term care in Waukesha County. The ADRC provides information, assistance, counseling and supportive services for older adults age 60 and above; caregivers; adults with physical or developmental disabilities; and adults with mental health or substance abuse concerns.

Today, Avenues has established programs in Park Ridge, Niles, Wheeling, Des Plaines and Northwest Chicago.
