Job Description
Position Title: Project Maintenance
Wage: $70-$82K/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3:30pm

Project Maintenance Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up new production lines for upcoming products
- Assist in moving machinery and equipment as needed
- Ensure proper installation and alignment of equipment
- Program and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for production machinery
- Troubleshoot PLC-related issues to minimize downtime
- Optimize PLC programs for efficiency and reliability
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure that all machinery meets safety standards
- Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality
- Perform safety checks during machinery setup and maintenance
- Be available for occasional floor support during emergencies
- Quickly diagnose and address urgent issues to minimize production disruptions
Project Maintenance Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Exposure to packaging machines is highly advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Willingness to provide occasional floor support during emergencies
