Job Description

SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Marketing Manager will oversee integrated marketing for the Industrial Bearing & Components industry, driving global campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Manage strategic customer segmentation, targeted campaigns, and programs to expand global market share through new customer acquisition, increased sales and retention, and successful product launches. Align activities with business goals by understanding customer workflows and market needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing global integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, accelerate pipeline opportunities, and generate revenue.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Establish and maintain credibility as a highly-valued subject matter expert in assigned responsibilities
  • Guide and collaborate with business stakeholders on a targeted go-to-market (GTM) plan for the assigned business portfolio, covering market assessments, marketing strategy, segmentation, and programs to drive lead generation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Collaborating with the Divisional Marketing teams and Product Managers to understand and refine market segment needs and customer personas for aligning product positioning and messaging.
  • Create resonating value propositions and messaging guidelines by translating research and divisional goals into actionable business insights, demonstrating a robust understanding of markets, customers, industries, products/services, and competitors.
  • Suggest, develop, implement, and assess marketing campaigns across diverse customer personas and sales channels, including lead generation, thought leadership programs, webinars, event marketing, etc.
  • Cultivate expertise and impact in designated vertical markets and associated products to enhance marketing campaigns. Partner with product marketing and the team to strategize and oversee activities that draw target audiences to our content (blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communication is required
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing programs and/or marketing campaigns
  • Have proven experience of managing B2B campaigns
  • Experience in Salesforce Pardot is mandatory in setting up, executing, and analyzing campaigns
  • Experienced with SEO and SEM tactics, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time and adhering to completion target dates and budget goals
  • Understand current marketing trends
  • Self-starter, desire to learn and contribute
