Your Role at Baxter

As a Sr. Analyst, Sales Enablement, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You will play a key role in creating and delivering solutions for the US sales force that improves efficiency and effectiveness, while removing barriers to the attainment of sales goals. These solutions may include process improvement, software/tool deployment, and information/knowledge management. Assess needs and give insights to create strategic solutions.

Your Team

You are an integral part of the Commercial Operations team, working very closely with Sales Executives, Regional Managers, and Sales Representatives. You will also be called upon to manage cross functional teams in order to deliver timely and effective solutions to the sales force. As a member of US Commercial Operations, you will work closely with all business teams, to improve and build developing systems and processes.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop automated systems which enable internal/external teams to capture, retain/organize, and report information more efficiently
  • Provides analysis and recommendations to management of Commercial Operations teams
  • Identifies critical issues and quickly is able to resolve with creative solutions
  • Support sales teams with targeting new accounts and utilizing software
  • Train sales teams with software and trouble shoot and issues
  • Create short consumable training material
  • Review, research and solve Salesforce and Seismic questions.
  • Business Review support with Power BI/Tableau

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, analytics, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business analytics, or sales operations preferred.
  • Strong background in working with Salesforce.com - certifications are a plus
  • Fluency in sales analytics and sales enablement programs such as Seismic, PowerBI, Definitive Healthcare, Brainshark, etc. including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Extensive knowledge of data flow and the ability to recognize improvement opportunities
  • Effective planning and program management skills
  • Strong communication, problem solving, analytical skills and must be a self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
