Position Summary:

Our Client Communications Specialist position is challenging, exciting and an immediate career opportunity. We are offering this position to an outstanding candidate who is motivated to join one of today's most prestigious and advanced companies!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Be the front-line communication for Imagine Chicago.
  • Become proficient in Imagine systems
  • Research and assist internal and external clients with our "one-call resolution" expertise
  • Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams
  • Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements
  • Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of a Call Center Experience, or 2-3 years of a Client Facing Environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Intermediate Proficiency in Excel

The national pay range for this role is $37,440.00 - $45,760.00 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
