We are currently in need of a Full-Time CNA
for our Home Health and Private Duty Patients
in Racine and Kenosha Counties.

Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes.

Job Requirements:

• Carry a current licensure in field of practice in the State of Wisconsin

• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates

• Ability to work independently

• Good organization and effective time management skills

• Willingness to travel to meet patient needs

• Compliance with documentation standards and regulations

• Prior home health experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply
