Job DescriptionAnalyst, HR - R&D at a glance...

The HR Analyst role will work with Human Resources to help support crucial routines and strategic HR projects within P&P, North America R&D.

What's on the menu?
  • 35% - Responsible for day-to-day Supporting Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives
  • 25% - Work closely with the HR Business Partners to advance the HR strategy for the respective business functions
  • 15% - Coordinate and handle people budget to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials
  • 15% - Analyze data and optimally coordinate and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy
  • 15% - Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance. Owns weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system
  • 10% - Supports employees on general HR inquiries about benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management

  • I have a solid understanding of MS Office Suite especially Excel with the ability to learn SharePoint and Workday
  • I have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines.
  • I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • I am adaptable - able to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • I have experience working cross functionally in a matrix organization.
  • I pay close attention to detail.
  • I am able to work a hybrid work schedule with a Monday through Friday workweek
