Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, and Chicago, IL. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational resource management support across the organization
Handle routine deliverables and other diverse administrative functions which requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations
Drive a self-service approach for resource managers by training of guidelines, processes, and tools to hire and onboard resources within budget and location strategy
Management and reporting of open requisitions
Responsible for approval/rejection of open requisition requests based on budget/locations
Manage proper status of open requisitions
Generate reporting of WMPS status
Ensure proper reporting of resource capacity based on start date
Provide centralized support and guidance of move requests
Responsible for accurate capacity reporting of resources, open requisitions, and assumptions for future changes
Drive headcount reporting as input to corporate forecast and provide commentary of any variances from prior quarter
Manage accurate resource cost center mapping across organization
Ensure resources are aligned to proper regulatory designations
Headcount trend analysis
Oversight of contractor extensions and coordination of any required exceptions
Effective communication of resource reporting to senior management team
Manage ad hoc submission requests to CBWT PMO
Requirements:
10+ years of combined experience in business support, financial management, data analytics, and/or project management
Financial Management experience in Financial Services
Advanced proficiency with: Excel (including pivot tables, LOOKUPs, and other formulas), PowerPoint (including visualization and spatial efficiency in presentations), Word, and Outlook
Ability to critically evaluate info gathered from multiple sources, reconcile and research variances, work with numbers to tell a story, and present complex data in a clear and logical manner specifically tailored to audiences with varying levels of seniority and backgrounds
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks as well as ad hoc requests
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
Communication- verbal and written via Skype, e-mail, video conference, and phone
Able to comfortably and confidently communicate with many stakeholders including senior management from such departments as Technology, Finance, and HR
Proactive self-starter, motivated, and operates with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
An aptitude to learn quickly under pressure with the ability to manage within tight deadlines
Ability to plan, facilitate, and lead meetings, as well as prepare materials
Experience with Workforce Management Applications and forecast management tools
Working knowledge of general banking policies and standards
Pay Range: $57.70-$65.70
