How you will help us create value together:
As a Weld Lab Intern, you will be responsible for a range of support activities for the Weld Engineering Department. The Weld lab trains and tests future employees, develop qualified weld procedures for manual and robotic welding and research the latest technology used in Heavy Plate welding and fabrication. Activities will include learning various welding processes including robotic welding, improving workplace organization and welding procedure qualification.
This position will be based onsite at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee's Harbor District! The target start date for this role is Summer 2024 and has potential to be extended into the Fall 2024 school semester. We offer full-time hours during the summer and flexible part-time hours during the academic year.
