Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Hoffman Estates, IL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • This position is responsible for performing all R&D SPECT/CT test systems and prototype support activities to test new products in the way they'll be used in a clinical environment.
  • Installation and de-installation of SPECT/CT test systems within our Testing Facility.
  • Understanding and following procedures for installing and uninstalling SPECT/CT systems.
  • Maintain, refurbish, and upgrade equipment to meet product and quality standards.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on SPECT/CT test systems.
  • Repair SPECT/CT test systems promptly using manuals and drawings.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of fundamental electrical problems.
  • Maintain a positive work environment with co-workers.
  • Adhere to all company work rules, safety rules, and practices.
  • Use or wear all appropriate safety equipment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $43/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week 1st Shift- 8 am to 5 pm)

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SPECT/CT test systems Support Service.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Able to work well independently.
  • Proficient with computers and current software applications.
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical systems and proficiency in the use of hand tools.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Able to operate lift trucks upon completion of training.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability for walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
