Wilson Elser's Milwaukee office is currently seeking a Paralegal to join a national team serving a broad litigation portfolio to assist with conducting investigations and research into case-related information. Remote and hybrid working arrangements are available for this position.

The Position

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelors degree; a BA in Paralegal Studies and/or or Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• 1+ years litigation paralegal experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to exercise professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information is required
• Demonstrated ability to employ team collaboration software is a plus
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to litigation discovery requests, including assisting with discovery requests and document productions
• Closely and effectively collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm
• Obtaining and managing client documents, including electronic data, and determining potential existence of documents that may be relevant to each case
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information pursuant to best records management practices across a wide array of case files and documentation
