• ASL Video Remote Interpreting: Our nationally certified interpreters are available 24/7/365 and are especially skilled to interpret in medical situations. Response time is typically less than three minutes, and service is available on demand. Unlike other companies, we only charge by the minute with no minimum usage requirements.
• Over the Phone Interpreting (OPI): Immediate access year-round to a network of more than 1000 qualified interpreters with special training in the interpretation of medical and general health care subjects in more than 180 languages. Response time is typically less than 20 seconds and service is available on demand. No minimum usage requirement – Only pay for what you use!
• Document translation: Our professional team of translators is comprised of experienced native linguists of many different nationalities, with accreditations from some of the most prestigious linguistic institutions around the world, as well as American Translators Association (ATA).
• Audio transcriptions: Full audio-to-document transcriptions and voiceover services are available in multiple languages. A specialized team of skilled, talented technicians is dedicated exclusively to this field of transcriptions.
• Braille transcription: We provide professional Braille transcription services for any type of document. Helping clients comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, dedicated technicians, specializing in the field, produce transcriptions with utmost attention to detail.
